I have been a customer for years until this week. Last year, the mowing started going downhill. This year, I started to see the same kind of service. When I emailed them about it, they said Gary the account manager would get with me. He emailed me and I emailed him concerns back. He emailed me later on the week to say he could see my frustrations but proceeded to say that I should look for another service. So I did!
As a business owner, I would be embarrassed by the service but even more embarrassed that my account manager chose to tell me to go else where over trying to keep a long term customer and make things right.i can tell you this attitude is exactly why the service has declined considerably over the last two years. If that's the value you put on your customers, I'll happily take my business elsewhere!
